Positive Development

Join us as we work towards a future where Developmental Care is the gold standard for autism support. We embrace diversity and differences among our staff and respect you for who you are - just as we do our clients.

Our story

Started in 2020, Positive Development is rooted in decades of experience with autism and other developmental differences. We are parents, family members, self-advocates, and clinicians who believe deeply in the power of Developmental Care. We've seen firsthand how it transformed our lives and the lives of our loved ones, and we want for all families what we were lucky enough to experience.

This is not just a job. This is our life's work. Our goal is to expand access to developmental care to every family willing to put their faith in us. We promise to reward that faith by giving each family the support they need to flourish.

"I think just interacting with people like that, it's a really cool experience. Obviously, I love what we're trying to do, but I think that it wouldn't be the same if I wasn't doing it with the people I'm doing it with."

"I can be quirky and do my thing. I don't feel like I have to put on a mask and be something or be corporate or be whatever. I can just be authentically myself and when you have a group of people that are doing that together, it is so fun. The thing for me is just how positive my team members are."
